Boord has been charged with two felony counts of reckless driving causing bodily injury. If he is found guilty he could serve up to six years in prison since he has a prior conviction.

This is because Boord had taken methadone as evident in blood test results taken after the accident. It still has to be determined whether or not this drug could have impaired his driving since it causes drowsiness.
