Truck Accident Fire on I-5 Near La Costa
A traffic advisory has been issued until noon today for a tractor trailer accident fire on northbound Interstate 5 near La Costa Avenue.
The truck caught fire after apparently hitting some debris , according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least two lanes are blocked as authorities unload the contents of the trailer to remove the big truck from the roadway, according to the CHP. The advisory is expected to last until 12 p.m. today.
